Physical activity is necessary - According to Jillian Michaels, America’s favorite fitness expert an hour is ideal to get the most out of the workout and see significant results. 60-minute workout sessions should always include a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 50 minutes of your primary cardio or strength-training exercises, followed by at least 5 minutes of cooling down and stretching. For those who don’t have the time; must try for at least 150 hours of moderate physical activity each week (and that breaks down to just 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week). What′s important to understand is that this is intended for people who want to maintain the most basic level of fitness but not for people who want to lose weight.

But if you want to drop those pounds, you′re going to have to be prepared for a bit more work.
Eat food to fuel weight loss - Eating 3 meals a day is redundant. Now, experts say to eat 6 mini meals day to boost the metabolism and lose weight. Frequent eating in small doses revs up the metabolism and controls hunger and is a healthier way of eating than three big meals. DesiDieter experts warn it matters what and how much you eat over the course of the day rather than how often you eat. “Don′t eat seven times a day if what you′re eating is a salty snack or a pizza. If you′re going to do that, reach for an apple instead.” according to DesiDieter Nutritionist.

Eat more vegetables - Use your plate to guide your food selection and portion sizes. One half of the plate should be raw/steamed/cooked vegetables. The other side can be split between protein and whole grain carbohydrates. If you decide to get a second serving it can be all vegetables. People who eat five or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day are more successful with weight loss. As raw produce are rich in fiber and help you feel full longer.

Portion control is necessary - Weight loss experts suggest to lose weight faster eat everything, don’t starve but eat smaller portions or share a plate at restaurants. It helps cut down on calories.

Concorde Disaster:-

Air France – Concorde story: -

The only supersonic passenger aircraft the Concorde met with a fatal accident in the year 2002 in France. That accident caused the entire Concorde fleet to be grounded permanently and the most cherished aircraft in the history of aviation now rests in museum only.

The factors contributed to the accident were:-

1.       There were 109 passengers and crew on board the aircraft

2.       To name a few passengers, there was entire 3 generations of a family, a teacher husband & wife, who saved for over 20 years to fly in Concorde for the very first time.

3.       The Pilot ordered to repair the reverse engine thrusters in one of the engine just before the flight was about to take off

4.       This delayed the take off by about an hour

5.       Just before the flight took off, a DC 10 aircraft took off from the same run way

6.       A piece of metal around 2 ft long fell off from the DC 10 aircraft’s engine

7.       After the delay and repairs the Concorde was on its runway ready for take off

8.       Concorde was traveling @ 320 km/hr in the runway when the flight’s tyre trod over the metal piece

9.       The tyre bursts and a piece of tyre weighing 5 kgs hits the underside of the flight’s wings

10.   The impact triggers a shock wave and the fuel starts to flow out of the wing

11.   The tyre impact had also ruptured an electric line guiding the landing lever. The flowing fuel triggers a spark and both the left engines catch fire

12.   Control tower alerts the pilot about the fire in the wings, but Concorde has already reached the 320 km/hr mark where the flight is committed to take off. No plane can abort the take off at such speeds. Moreover Concorde needs 3000 m to stop whereas the remaining airstrip was only 2000 m

13.   Within seconds of take off the aircraft stalls and falls above a hotel killing 4 people in the hotel

In over 20 years of its flight Concorde has never met with any fatal accidents, apart from few ruptured tyres.

Aircrafts are still the safest means of transportation. Even in the above scenario, if one watches closely all the above factors working in synchronization have contributed to the aircraft’s accident. Even if one factor was not to happen then most of the passengers could have survived.

Home Remedies for Kidney Stones

Increase Fluid Intake

Go Low on the Vitamin C

Cut down on the meat and fish

We have already established this so we won’t belabor it here. However, remember that cutting down on foods like liver, beer, wine and kidney is advisable to decrease the level of purine in the body.

Have regular exercise

Exercise has many benefits because it facilitates calcium passage into the bones. This will result in a lesser risk of developing kidney stones and making the bones stronger. Exercise can also improve the circulation of blood into the system.

Bread - Whole Wheat

Eating a couple of whole-wheat bread slices will give you good amounts of magnesium, a mineral that is helpful in averting the stones from occurring.

Carrots

For one to achieve healthy kidneys vitamin A must be taken and one good source is carrots. Carrots are rich in Vitamin A as are potatoes, winter squash, pumpkin and broccoli.

Milk

This is an ironic inclusion in your home remedies mainly because milk is a good source of calcium wherein calcium is a major component for kidney stones to occur. Although studies show that not drinking milk imposes more chances of an actual increase in getting kidney stones. An explanation would be: when there is a low calcium level, the body tends to produce more oxalate that increases the risk for developing kidney stones.

Vitamin B6

According to experts, vitamin B6 is said to be effective in lowering the level of oxalate which goes with the circulation. Doctors may suggest a daily intake of vitamin B6 together with magnesium.

For kidney stones to be washed away effectively, it should be promptly taken care of otherwise it may cause serious pain. Through the recommended remedies, there are better chances of taking care of your heath and prevent the stones from recurring.

I think your party had more than half a century and half a Dozen PM's to build a State...

The Reason Mulayam Singh, subsequently came to Power is because your party wasn't exactly Gandhian in their dealings in the State.. So May be If you look at in totality the present chaos in UP is the outcome of the glorious leadership displayed by Congress in UP for about 50 years!

தேர்தல் முடிவுகள் வெளிவரும் நாளில் அதைப்பற்றிக்கூட கவலைப்படாமல், எனது கடிதம் குறித்து அறிக்கை வெளியிடும் அளவுக்கு உங்கள் மனநிலை இருந்திருக்கிறது என்பது புரிகிறது.

"பொடா' சிறையில் நான் இருந்தபோது, நீங்கள் எழுதிய "தொல்காப்பியப் பூங்கா' நூலைக் கையெழுத்திட்டு எனக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தீர்கள். நானும் அதைப் படித்துப் பார்த்துவிட்டுத் தங்களுக்கு ஒரு பாராட்டுக் கடிதம் அனுப்பினேன்.

காமராஜரோடு உங்களை ஒப்பிட்டும், உங்கள் ஆட்சியை காமராஜ் ஆட்சி என வருணித்தும் காங்கிரஸ்காரர்கள் சிலர் பேசுகிறார்கள். புரிந்து பேசுகிறார்களா அல்லது புரியாமல் பேசுகிறார்களா என்பது உங்களுக்கு மட்டுமே தெரிந்த ஒன்றாகும்.

காமராஜ் மக்கள் தொண்டுக்காகத் திருமணத்தைத் துறந்தவர். பெற்ற தாயைக்கூட தன்னுடன் வைத்துப் பேணாதவர்.

கடைசிவரை அண்ணா காங்கிரஸ் எதிர்ப்பாளராகவே திகழ்ந்தார். மதுவிலக்குக் கொள்கையின் மீது அசைக்க முடியாத நம்பிக்கை வைத்திருந்தார். ஆனால், அண்ணா மறைந்த உடனேயே நீங்கள் மதுக்கடைகளைத் திறந்து இளைய தலைமுறையின் சீரழிவுக்குக் காரணமானீர்கள். அதைப்போல 1971-ம் ஆண்டில் காங்கிரஸýடன் கைகோக்கத் தொடங்கி இன்றுவரை அந்த உறவை நீட்டிப்பதில் கண்ணும் கருத்துமாக இருந்து வருகிறீர்கள்.

நேரு குடும்பத்துக்கும் தனக்கும் உள்ள உறவை யாரும் பிரித்துவிட முடியாது எனத் தம்பட்டம் அடிக்கிறீர்கள்.

1959-ம் ஆண்டு சென்னைக்குப் பிரதமர் நேரு வந்தபோது கறுப்புக் கொடி என்ற பெயரில் அவர் மீது உங்களது தம்பிகள் செருப்புகளை வீசினார்கள்.

பல கட்டங்களில் காங்கிரஸ் தலைமையை மிரட்டிப் பணியவைக்க நீங்கள் முயற்சி செய்தீர்கள். மத்திய அமைச்சரவையில் மகனுக்கும், மகளுக்கும் இடம்கேட்டு நீங்கள் நடத்திய மிரட்டல் நாடகமும், சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் காங்கிரஸýக்கு எதிராக விடுத்த மிரட்டலும் கடைசியில் உங்களின் சரணாகதியில்தான் முடிந்தது.

1971-ம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற இடைத்தேர்தலில் நாடாளுமன்றத்துக்கு ஒன்பது இடங்களுக்கு மேல் தர முடியாது. சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஓரிடம்கூட கிடையாது என இந்திராவையே மிரட்டிப் பணியவைத்த நீங்கள், இன்று சோனியாவிடம் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் சரணடைவதைப் பார்க்கும்போது பரிதாபமாக இருக்கிறது.

அதிகாரம், பணம் ஆகியவற்றின் பலத்தோடு உங்கள் மகன் அழகிரி திருமங்கலம் இடைத்தேர்தலில் கையாண்ட தில்லுமுல்லுகள் உங்கள் ஆசியோடுதானே நடைபெற்றன. அதைத்தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற்ற அத்தனை இடைத்தேர்தல்களிலும் திருமங்கலம் சூத்திரத்தின் அடிப்படையில்தானே நீங்கள் வெற்றிபெற முடிந்தது. இதைக் கண்டு மகிழ்ந்து மகனை உச்சிமுகர்ந்து பாராட்டினீர்கள். ஆனால், தேர்தல் ஆணையம் விழிப்படைவதற்கு இவை காரணமாயிற்று என்பதை அப்போது நீங்கள் உணரவில்லை. சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் மிகுந்த கவனத்துடன் எடுத்துக்கொண்ட நடவடிக்கைகளின் விளைவாகத்தானே உங்களால் முறைகேடுகளை அரங்கேற்ற முடியவில்லை.

தேர்தல் முடிந்த பிறகு தலைமைத் தேர்தல் ஆணையர் குரேஷி விடுத்த அறிவிப்பு நாட்டை அதிர்ச்சியில் ஆழ்த்தியது. வாக்காளர்களுக்குப் பணம் கொடுக்க முயன்றதாக நாடு முழுவதும் ரூ. 70 கோடி கைப்பற்றப்பட்டது. இதில் ரூ. 60 கோடி தமிழ்நாட்டில் மட்டும் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டது. நாங்கள் ஒரு கோடி ரூபாயைக் கைப்பற்றியிருக்கிறோம் என்றால் 40 முதல் 50 கோடி ரூபாயை விநியோகிக்கவிடாமல் தடுத்து இருக்கிறோம் என்று பொருள் எனக் கூறியுள்ளார்.

அவர் கூற்றுப்படி பார்த்தால் தமிழ்நாட்டில் ரூ. 2,400 கோடி முதல் ரூ. 3,000 கோடி வரை பணம் விநியோகிக்கவிடாமல் தடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பது தெளிவாகிறது. ஜனநாயகத்தைச் சீரழிக்கத் தமிழ்நாட்டில் உங்கள் கட்சியினரால் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட இந்த முயற்சி குறித்து நீங்கள் இதுவரை வெட்கமடையவில்லையே, அது ஏன்?

நீங்கள் உள்பட கட்சியின் முக்கிய தலைவர்கள் பலரும் தொகுதி மாறி போட்டியிட்டும் பயனில்லாமல் போனது ஏன்?

தி.மு.க. வரலாறு காணாத வகையில் மிகப்பெரிய தோல்வியைச் சந்திக்க நேர்ந்தது ஏன்? மூத்த அமைச்சர்களும் கூட்டணித் தலைவர்களும் படுதோல்வி அடைந்தது ஏன்? நீங்கள் சிந்தித்தது உண்டா? இனிமேலாவது சிந்திப்பீர்களா?

இலவசங்களை அள்ளித் தந்தும், பல ஆயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய்களை வாரியிறைத்தும் பலமான கூட்டணி அமைத்தும் களம் இறங்கியபிறகு தோல்வியைத் தழுவியது ஏன்? இலங்கையில் நடைபெற்ற போரில் ஒரு லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட தமிழர்கள் பதைக்கப் பதைக்கப் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டபோது, அவர்களைக் காப்பாற்றுவதற்கு எந்த முயற்சியும் செய்யாமல் உண்ணாவிரத நாடகத்தை நடத்தி காங்கிரஸýக்குத் துணை போனது இந்தத் தோல்விக்குரிய முக்கிய காரணமென்பதை இப்போதாவது உணர்கிறீர்களா?

முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் போரின் இறுதிக்கட்டத்தில் மக்களைக் காப்பதற்காக தனது மகனையே களமுனைக்கு அனுப்பிக் காவுகொடுக்க ஒரு தலைவன் முன்வந்தான். அதே காலகட்டத்தில் தில்லியில் தனது மகனுக்கும், மகளுக்கும் பதவி பெறுவதற்காக மடிப்பிச்சை ஏந்தி நின்றார் ஒரு தலைவர் என்ற தீராத பழிக்கு ஆளாகிவிட்டீர்களே!

உங்களின் கடந்த ஐந்தாண்டுகால ஆட்சியில் நடைபெற்ற ஊழல்கள், இயற்கை வளங்கள் கொள்ளை, மோதல் சாவுகள், உயர் நீதிமன்ற வளாகத்தில் நீதிபதிகள் மற்றும் வழக்கறிஞர்கள் மீது நடத்தப்பட்ட கொடூரமான தாக்குதல், அன்னிய நிறுவனங்களுக்குத் தடையில்லாத மின்சாரத்தை வழங்கிவிட்டு மக்களுக்கு மின்சாரத் தடை ஏற்படுத்திய கொடுமை போன்றவற்றை விரிக்கின் பெருகும். உங்கள் தோல்விக்கு இவையெல்லாம் துணை நின்றன.

திரைப்படங்களுக்கு வசனம் எழுதுவதில் வல்லவர் நீங்கள் என்பதை நான் மறுக்கவில்லை. நீங்கள் எழுதிய வசனங்களிலேயே என் மனதில் இன்னமும் நிற்பது "மனசாட்சி உறங்கும்போதுதான் மனக்குரங்கு ஊர் சுற்றக் கிளம்பி விடுகிறது' என பூம்புகார் படத்தில் நீங்கள் எழுதிய வசனம் உங்களுக்கு இன்று எல்லா வகையிலும் பொருத்தமாகிறது.

ஈழத் தமிழர்களை மட்டும் நீங்கள் கைவிடவில்லை. தமிழக மீனவர்களையும் கைவிட்டீர்கள். ஐநூறுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட தமிழக மீனவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து படுகொலை செய்யப்படுவதைத் தடுக்க எதுவும் நீங்கள் செய்யவில்லை.
